Yuri received his undergraduate bachelor's degree in interdisciplinary studies, with a focus on biology and psychology, from Touro College in 2015. He later attended New York University's accelerated nursing program, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and became a registered nurse. As a registered nurse, he worked in a variety of settings, including home care and assisted living facilities.

Driven to treat patients directly and follow his passion for clinical care, Yuri entered the Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner program at Adelphi University in 2018. He completed clinical training in internal medicine and primary care practice.

As a nurse practitioner, Yuri has continued serving patients in their homes, helping people receive care in the comfort of familiar surroundings. He also has a focus on pain management and has worked alongside anesthesiologists to support patients with complex pain needs.

Rochel is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care, drawing on her clinical education and commitment to compassionate treatment. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Adelphi University and became a registered nurse. She then continued her education at Pace University, earning a Master of Science in Nursing and specializing in advanced practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

With a focus on preventive care and patient education, Rochel works to foster trust with patients and their families. Her clinical experience in cardiac telemetry, orthopedics, and obstetrical care has equipped her with valuable skills and a broad understanding of patient-care dynamics.

Committed to evidence-based practice, Rochel collaborates closely with healthcare professionals to support informed decisions and optimal patient outcomes.

Yelena Borukhova is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of nursing experience dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She began her nursing career in 2011 and spent 10 years working in ICU and trauma settings, caring for critically ill patients and supporting families through some of their most challenging moments.

For the past three years, Yelena has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner, bringing the same dedication, empathy, and attention to detail to every patient encounter. She believes in building strong relationships with her patients, listening to their concerns, and creating individualized treatment plans that promote long-term health and wellness.

Yelena is dual board-certified by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, reflecting her commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and professional practice.
